All Items sent via Royal Mail First Class mail normally arrive on the very next working day
(inc. Saturdays). However, delivery can sometimes take longer. If your item
does not arrive within a few days of being shipped, please do not worry - it is
very likely that it will arrive very soon. In line with Royal Mail's guidelines,
we will not consider a First Class parcel lost until 15 working days have
passed. This is because the vast majority of packages will be delivered or
returned to us as "undeliverable" within this time.

If after 15 working days your item still has not arrived, please contact
us at info@rocketpets.co.uk. Please include your eBay username, item number
and the date of despatch in your email. Your email will be used as evidence

Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 17th December. We will ship all ‘in stock’ orders within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed for reasons out of rocketpets control.
